Three checks, in order. First, does the seller name the laboratory? Second, does the report carry a task/report number and a verification key that the laboratory recognises on its own site — not a PDF hosted only by the seller? Third, do the compound, quantity and test date on the report match the product you are being sold? A report that cannot be looked up at the laboratory, or that belongs to a different compound or an old date, is not proof of anything.
