1.) How does same-day delivery work?
Orders must be placed and payment confirmed before 12:00 PM, Manila time, on a business day. Payment is verified before fulfilment begins. Placing an order and confirming payment are both part of the same-day requirement; the cut-off does not apply to the order time alone.
Eligibility depends on the destination, courier capacity and conditions. Weather and the delivery address can affect whether a same-day courier is available. Same-day delivery is therefore an option for eligible orders, rather than an automatic arrangement for every Metro Manila address.
The same-day charge is ₱400 unless checkout shows a qualifying offer; orders over ₱6,000 ship free. Check the delivery charge shown at checkout alongside the destination and payment timing.
2.) What if I order after 12:00 PM?
The order moves to the next business day. Orders paid after the cut-off ship the next business day, even when the destination is within Metro Manila.
When reviewing timing, use the business-day cut-off in Manila time and include payment confirmation. An order placed before noon but paid after the cut-off does not meet the same-day timing requirement.
3.) Which couriers are used?
Lalamove or Angkas is used for same-day Metro Manila delivery. LBC Express is used for other orders. Courier capacity, conditions and the destination remain part of same-day eligibility.

4.) What should I check before ordering?
Check the contact and address details before ordering. A complete delivery address includes the information needed to identify the destination, not just the city.
- Full name and an active mobile number.
- Unit or building information.
- Street and barangay.
- City and a landmark.
Incomplete addresses can lead to delayed attempts or return handling. Redelivery caused by incomplete information may carry a charge. Review the unit, building, street and barangay together, and check that the mobile number is active.
5.) How are orders packed and tracked?
Orders use plain outer packaging. The courier reference is shared after dispatch where available.
Payment verification comes before fulfilment; the courier reference follows dispatch. Keep the order number and the courier reference available when asking about the parcel.
6.) What if the parcel looks damaged?
Check the exterior before discarding anything. Contact support within 24 hours with the order number and clear photos.
Include clear photos when reporting the condition of the parcel. Read the Claims & Replacement Policy and published purity policy for the policies linked to parcel and product enquiries.
7.) How can I check the documentation?
Browse the certificate library to read the published documentation. A published result applies to the referenced analysis for the product, not every batch or vial.
