• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional representative.
• You possess the training, equipment, and protocols to safely handle research-grade compounds.
• All information provided during checkout is truthful and accurate.

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Origen reserves the right to request valid identification and to cancel orders that fail verification.

All products are classified as analytical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Certificates of Analysis are provided as technical data for chemical identity and purity verification.
• A COA does not constitute a safety profile for biological administration.
• Products failing our minimum purity threshold are rejected and never listed.
• Every analysis code is verifiable through our published COA library.

• We accept GCash and bank transfer (InstaPay) as payment methods.
• You must follow the payment instructions given at checkout, including the unique reference code.
• Orders are processed only after payment verification is complete.
• Including prohibited keywords in payment memo fields may result in payment rejection.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the Philippines.

• Title of goods: risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon handover to the courier.
• Discreet packaging: orders ship as non-hazardous laboratory reagents in plain, unmarked packaging.
• Domestic only: international shipping is not available at this time.
• Returns and refunds are handled strictly under our 30-day guarantee.

Origen makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of any product for any purpose beyond in-vitro research. Upon delivery, full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all purchased compounds transfers to the buyer.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Origen Collective, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the mishandling, misuse, or unintended application of supplied compounds.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the purchase or use of any product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
