A central Davao City destination should not be treated as the same route as an address elsewhere in the wider Davao Region. Remote barangays may require longer last-mile movement. Write the exact city or municipality and barangay instead of relying on Davao as a broad regional description. Building, unit, street, and landmark information should identify the intended delivery point clearly.

Confirm a reachable mobile number for last-mile calls. The courier may need to clarify the destination or reach the recipient during delivery handling. If the contact number or address entered at checkout is wrong, notify Origen before booking where possible. Once dispatched, an alteration may be outside Origen’s control and subject to the courier’s handling rules.

Mindanao-bound parcels involve inter-island routing. Weather and holidays can interrupt the movement between dispatch and final delivery, and a remote destination may add time at the end of the route. LBC does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Count the estimate in business days and consult tracking rather than assuming every calendar day represents a delivery opportunity.

The nationwide LBC charge remains ₱350 unless a qualifying free-shipping offer applies. Origen’s existing free-shipping threshold is ₱6,000. The checkout summary shows the applicable amount before payment; review it together with the merchandise and address details. Free shipping does not change the Mindanao transit estimate, move a remote barangay closer, or make an order confirmation a dispatch notice.

The order is packed in plain outer packaging. Analytical documentation is digital, so Davao recipients can inspect it before the physical parcel arrives.
