We ship across the Philippines from Metro Manila. Orders are packed discreetly, dispatched daily, and delivered through a courier network we have tested for reliability and tracking accuracy.

J&T Express delivers to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with full tracking on every parcel.

Shipping options
Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only). Available for addresses within Metro Manila. Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day for delivery before the end of the business day. Orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the next business day.
J&T Express (nationwide). Available for all Philippine destinations, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Parcels are handed to J&T Express within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days for Metro Manila, 2–4 business days for Luzon, and 3–7 business days for Visayas and Mindanao.
Shipping fees. Same-day delivery is a flat ₱250. J&T Express is a flat ₱150. We also offer free shipping on orders over ₱6,000.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or national holidays. If you place an order on a Friday after cut-off, it will be processed the next business day.
Payment confirmation is required before packing. If your payment is under review, dispatch is delayed until the review is completed. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been packed and handed to the courier.

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by weather, courier backlogs, or remote-area routing are outside our control, but we will help you trace the parcel if it is outside the expected window.
Packaging and handling
Every order is packed in a plain outer box or courier pouch with no visible product branding. Inside, vials are wrapped in protective padding and sealed in a tamper-evident pouch. We add cooling packs when required by the destination or season, but we do not guarantee cold-chain delivery.
On dispatch, you receive a tracking link or courier booking reference. Keep the outer packaging and padding intact until you have inspected the contents. If a vial arrives broken, cracked, leaking, or with a compromised seal, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
You are responsible for supplying a complete, accurate delivery address and an active contact number. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or a refused delivery are not eligible for a refund of the shipping fee. If the parcel is marked delivered by the courier but you cannot locate it, contact the courier directly first; then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
We are not liable for parcels left at your address per your own instructions. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend a recipient or receiving area with secure handoff.
