All products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
Philippine regulatory framework
Our products are classified as research chemicals — not pharmaceutical products, controlled substances, or food supplements.
No product we list is a dangerous or controlled substance. Every compound is checked against DDB schedules before it is catalogued.
Products are not evaluated or registered by the Philippine FDA. No therapeutic, medical, or health claims are made anywhere on this site.
Personal data is processed under NPC requirements, kept only as long as needed to fulfil orders, and protected with access controls.
Fair trade practices, truthful product descriptions, and a published Certificate of Analysis for every analysis code we sell.

All compounds are research chemicals for in-vitro use only — outside the scope of FDA drug registration.
Buyer eligibility & obligations
By placing an order, the buyer represents and agrees to:
Valid identification may be requested. Orders are cancelled if eligibility cannot be verified.
You have the training, equipment, and protocols to handle research-grade compounds.
In-vitro research only. No human or animal administration, and no resale for consumption.
Appropriate laboratory conditions for storage, reconstitution, handling, and disposal.
Truthful checkout and registration details. False information may end the account.
Quality assurance & traceability
- Every analysis is tested by an accredited third-party laboratory (HPLC/MS).
- Certificates of Analysis are published and linked to each product listing.
- Analysis codes are verifiable through our verification tool.
- Minimum purity threshold: 98% HPLC. Anything below is rejected and never listed.
Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to the authorities.
Limitation of liability
Origen makes no warranties regarding fitness for any purpose beyond in-vitro research.
Upon delivery, full responsibility for handling, storage, use, and disposal transfers to the buyer.
Data privacy & protection
- Right to be informed — what data is collected and how.
- Right to access — request a copy of your data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion, subject to law.
- Right to portability — data in a machine-readable format.
- No data is sold or shared except as required by law.
Right to refuse, cancel, or report
- Refuse or cancel orders suspected of non-research use.
- Terminate accounts providing false information.
- Withhold refunds for compliance violations.
- Refer violations to PNP, NBI, DDB, or other relevant authorities.
- Fully cooperate with law enforcement.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
