Origen does not provide individualized medical guidance, dosing, or administration instructions.

Analytical documentation

COAs and laboratory reports describe tested characteristics, not clinical safety or efficacy.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for lawful purchase, possession, handling, and intended use.

Orders may be reviewed

Origen may pause or decline transactions where there are reasonable compliance, fraud, or misuse concerns.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Origen offers its products solely for legitimate research purposes and does not market them as medicines, therapeutic products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products intended for human consumption.

Product classification and regulatory requirements are governed by applicable Philippine law and may depend on the specific product, transaction, intended activity, importation, sale, distribution, and other relevant circumstances.

Research Use Only, or RUO, describes Origen’s intended-use positioning: products are offered for legitimate research, laboratory, analytical, educational, or other appropriate non-human research purposes.

Where relevant, purchasers should have:

• appropriate knowledge
• suitable facilities
• appropriate handling procedures
• lawful authority for the intended activity

Origen does not represent that every purchaser must hold one particular credential. The knowledge, facilities, and authority that are appropriate depend on the intended lawful activity.

An RUO label communicates intended-use positioning. It does not, by itself, determine the product’s complete legal or regulatory status.

An RUO label does not mean that:

• a product is exempt from all regulation
• a product is approved for medical use
• a product is safe for human use
• a product is a registered drug
• a product is equivalent to a pharmaceutical product used in a clinical trial
• a product may legally be used for any purpose

Origen does not support or authorize:

• human consumption
• injection or self-administration
• diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease
• individualized therapeutic use
• unauthorized veterinary use
• cosmetic administration to humans
• unlawful clinical use
• resale as a medicine or dietary supplement
• use contrary to applicable Philippine law
• use contrary to applicable destination-country law

Origen does not provide dosing instructions, injection guidance, treatment protocols, cycle planning, or individualized medical advice.

Origen may publish educational material discussing:

• peer-reviewed studies
• human clinical trials
• preclinical research
• animal studies
• in vitro studies
• receptor mechanisms
• trial registries
• investigational compounds

The existence of published research does not mean that Origen products are approved medicines, that an investigational use is an approved use, or that an Origen research vial is the same as a pharmaceutical product used in a clinical trial.

Study results cannot be directly generalized to Origen products or individual users. Research content is educational and is not medical advice.

Some compounds may be undergoing clinical development or other scientific research. Participation in a clinical trial does not establish regulatory approval, long-term safety, suitability for consumer use, or legal authorization for self-administration.

Clinical development concerns the specific investigational product, sponsor, protocol, formulation, and controls used in that research. It does not automatically validate a separate commercial research product.

Analytical testing may report identity, purity, mass, HPLC area, or other parameters measured by the laboratory.

A COA does not establish clinical safety, therapeutic efficacy, suitability for human consumption, medical approval, pharmaceutical equivalence, or regulatory approval.

A COA describes the tested sample and the parameters measured in that analysis. It should not be interpreted as evidence of clinical suitability.

Each COA applies only to the specific sample or lot identified in the laboratory record. One lot’s COA should not be used to authenticate another lot.

Customers should compare the product’s lot identifier with the published record through Origen’s lot-verification tool or certificate library. A published lot result does not mean that every individual vial was separately retested.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the purchase is lawful and for meeting the requirements that apply to their intended activity, including:

• applicable local rules
• lawful possession and intended use
• proper handling and storage
• appropriate disposal
• institutional requirements
• import requirements where applicable

Purchasers are expected to have the knowledge and facilities appropriate to their intended lawful research activity.

Origen may pause, request clarification, or decline an order where there are reasonable indicators of non-research intended use, requests for human dosing or administration advice, materially inconsistent customer information, suspicious payment activity, possible fraud, a prohibited destination, suspected unauthorized resale, or misuse of Origen documentation.

Where the intended use or transaction cannot be reasonably verified, Origen may request additional information before fulfillment.

Origen cannot verify the storage, handling, chain of custody, authenticity, or lot integrity of products purchased from unauthorized third parties.

Authenticity and policy support may be limited when the original purchase cannot be traced to an authorized Origen channel. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Rules differ by jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for understanding import law, customs requirements, research-product restrictions, local regulatory rules, and institutional requirements.

Origen cannot guarantee customs clearance. Customs approval in one jurisdiction does not imply legality in another. Origen is currently fulfilling domestic Philippine orders only; read Shipping & Delivery for current availability.

Personal information may be processed where necessary for account administration, payment processing, fulfillment, delivery, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

Information may be shared with authorized service providers where necessary for these purposes and as described in Origen’s Privacy Policy →.

Origen may refuse fulfillment, cancel affected orders, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records, or report suspected counterfeit or fraudulent activity to platforms, service providers, payment processors, or lawful authorities where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, prohibited intended use, counterfeit activity, document falsification, repeated abusive conduct, or material policy violations.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for appropriate storage, handling, use, and disposal of the product.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability, rights, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Detailed limitation-of-liability and indemnity terms, where applicable, are addressed in the Terms of Service.
