What is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin?

CJC-1295 without DAC — also written Mod GRF (1-29) — is a 29-amino-acid analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that acts as a selective agonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). They are studied together because they act on two separate receptor pathways that converge on the same pituitary output.

DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex, a maleimide group that binds the peptide to serum albumin and stretches its half-life to several days. The No DAC form has no such group, so it clears quickly and produces a short, pulse-like signal instead of a sustained one. Most blended research vials, including Origen's, use the No DAC form for that reason.
