Peptide calculator

One calculator handles every peptide, because the arithmetic never changes — only the numbers you put into it.

Open the dosage calculator

The three equations

  1. 1Concentration = vial strength (mg) ÷ bacteriostatic water added (mL)
  2. 2Injection volume = target dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
  3. 3U-100 units = injection volume (mL) × 100

Common concentrations at a glance

VialWatermg/mLUnits per 1 mg
10 mg1 mL1010
10 mg2 mL520
20 mg2 mL1010
30 mg3 mL1010
30 mg5 mL616.7

Keeping every vial at 10 mg/mL means one conversion to remember across your whole shelf: 1 mg = 10 units.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calculator work for any peptide?

Yes. Concentration maths is identical regardless of the compound — only the strengths and target doses differ.

What if my vial strength is not listed?

Divide the milligrams by the millilitres of water you added; that number is your mg/mL. The calculator does it for you.
